FAQ
Waterbox Care covers manufacturing defects and accidental damage that compromises the intended use of the covered Waterbox product.
Consumable goods are any goods that are have a limited use lifespan. This includes Filter socks, filter sponges, filter media, the full Waterbox Chemistry line, and RO/DI replacement filters.
There is no deductible for claims, however if there is a claim due to accidental damage, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for the replacement part.
Upon the cancellation and/or return of the unshipped, unopened, and unused product, the Waterbox Care plan for that product will be refunded to the original payment method.
If you purchased an aquarium that has not shipped yet, then you can call and add a Waterbox Care plan to that aquarium. Be sure to have the original order number for customer service to get the correct plan on there.
If you are the original owner, you can add a Waterbox Care™ Extended Manufacturer Warranty as long as the original manufacturer’s warranty is still valid. If you purchased from a Certified Retail Partner you can still extend your warranty, as long as you have proof of purchase.
