We understand how disappointing it can be to see the price of an item decrease shortly after buying it. To ensure your satisfaction and maintain the trust you've placed in us, we've designed our Price Match Policy with your consideration in mind.
If you purchase an item from our online store and notice that the price is decreased within 7 days of your purchase date, our Support Team will be happy to match the sale price with a store credit when the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Time Frame: Only purchases made within 7 calendar days of the price change are eligible for a price adjustment.
- Brand Exclusions: This policy applies to Waterbox Aquariums® brand products only, with the exception of Clearance items. Items marked for Clearance are not eligible for a price match. Sales and promotions on third-party goods, such as AquaIllumination, EcoTech Marine, Sicce, Tunze, are controlled by the manufacturer and subject to strict MRP policies. Price matches on third-party brands are not available.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase from Waterbox Aquariums®. This includes providing your order number or order confirmation, so that we may verify the original price and purchase date.
- One-time Match: Each purchase is eligible for one price match. Subsequent price changes after the initial match will not apply.

Processing Your Price Match:
Once your request is received and validated, the difference in price will be refunded to you in the form of a Waterbox Aquariums store credit/gift card. This will be sent to you electronically via email.
Waterbox Aquariums reserves the right to modify prices for products displayed at any moment, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
