Awesome tank

It's been 10 days. The tank looks amazing and the glass is crystal clear.

Good starter but should be better for the price

I have had this tank for 11 months. I like the filter sock, design, chambers, glass quality. However, I hate the pump. It was just too much flow for my little betta for which I bought this tank as recommended by the store. I decided to put other fish instead and had the same problem. The pump is also quite noisy. I would not repurchase this tank.

Waterbox is the way to go

I love how easy an all in one aquarium is I’m never getting a normal tank with a hob filter ever again

20 Gal Cube mixed reef

Purchased the 20 Gal cube about three months ago. I absolutely love this tank, extremely easy to set up and comes with everything needed to keep corals healthy. I have over $5k in corals stocked into this 20 gallon and there is not a day that goes by that everything is not looking stunning. Highly recommend the AI Prime for lighting, and a Duetto dual sensor for auto filling this tank up, and lastly an AI Nero 3 for dead spots if you are wanting to keep difficult corals like acropora alive and healthy. I know starting up a heavy lps or sps reef tank can be a scary task but this tank, and keeping up with water tests makes it easy. Extremely happy with my purchase and I truly have a 1 in a million display on my desk.

Fantastic tank but...

I love almost everything about the tank, but like many other reviews point out the pump can be quiet, but it can also sound like a vibrating cell phone on the table.

Great Tank, very bad return pump!

The tank quality and setup is great. I loved it. The return pump makes a drastic annoying sound. I wasn’t able find a solution so far. So annoying frequency of sound. I can’t get it out of my head.

Love the tank

Great tank and amazing quality the best on the market hands down!

Great Tank, Noisy Pump

I purchased a Cube 10 was impressed with it right out of the box. The glass is super clear and the silicon corners are so well done. I am using it for freshwater and love that it has a built-in filter sock. My cherry shrimp are constantly getting into the filter sock. I wish Waterbox would design a small screen insert that would still over either the tank intake vent or over the filter sock entry. The pump that came with the tank is extremely loud. You can hear it running from across the room. After speaking with Waterbox support and checking all of the connections, making sure it is properly suction cupped to the bottom, and not touching the sides it appears to be the pump itself. They recommended either having it replaced with the same model pump (may have the same issue) which they would exchange or upgrading to their SICCE Syncra Nano pump. I decided to try the upgrade to the SICCE Syncra Nano which is supposed to be silent. I really wish Waterbox would just include this pump as part of the Cube 10 AIO setup from the beginning. I would have been ok with paying a little more for the AIO with a higher quality pump that was not grinding 24/7. Overall I am very happy with my Cube 10. I would highly recommend this beautiful aquarium, but I would also HIGHLY recommend the replacement of the pump before setting up the Cube 10. If you have shrimp, be prepared for them to all live in your filter sock, or be sure to rig some sort of a screen to prevent them from gaining entry.

I’ve had my water box 20 for a couple months now originally intended for a marine setup. But it was too much of a hassle so I decided to back to freshwater. The only complaint I have with this tank is the sump, reason is because I had to constantly add water every other day and was tempted to buy an auto top off but decided to add a canister filter instead which I like more. Besides that, this tank is built with great quality and highly recommended. Just make sure to buy an auto top off for your sump.

Awesome Tank and stand!

I am very happy with my waterbox 20 cube and stand. Putting together the stand took about an hour or so. Very simple instructions. Pump is silent. I would recommend anyone to purchase a waterbox aquarium! You can also check out their YouTube videos for any information on setting up your tanks and what livestock they recommend. The AI light set up to my phone was a breeze. Tank is looks amazing! I would buy another tank from them in the future...but a bigger one!
